You have 7 days from the date of delivery to place a return request for most items. The item must be in its original, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

If you receive a damaged item, a wrong product, or have a size/fit issue, you can request an exchange. The seller will arrange for a reverse pickup and send you the replacement item.
Hassle-Free Refunds
Once the returned item is received and passes a quality check by the seller, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method or as store credit, as per your choice.
